Job Details

Proven experience in end-to-end recruiting, preferably in high-volume or GTM roles.
Strong expertise in active sourcing and direct candidate outreach.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), modern recruiting tools, and AI applications.
Excellent consultation skills with hiring managers, management, and internal stakeholders.
Ability to work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner.
Strong communication skills with a focus on candidate experience.
Fluency in German is required; English skills are considered a plus.
Experience in recruiting for healthcare, occupational medicine, or safety sectors is a plus.
Background in scaling recruiting structures in high-growth environments.
Familiarity with agency environments or highly dynamic recruitment settings.
Knowledge of employer branding and data-driven recruiting/KPI reporting.
Understanding of multi-entity or buy-and-build corporate structures.

Manage end-to-end recruiting processes for group subsidiaries.
Focus on high-volume recruiting for occupational medicine, health, and safety roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and sourcing strategies.
Conduct structured interviews and manage the end-to-end candidate experience.
Maintain clear oversight and prioritization of multiple parallel vacancies.
Develop creative sourcing strategies to build and nurture long-term talent pools.
Advise hiring managers and leadership on market trends and selection decisions.
Analyze recruiting KPIs to drive process improvements and channel optimization.
Contribute to team projects for scaling recruitment across the company group.
