Requirements
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience within a high growth tech startup.
- Experience specifically recruiting for technical roles such as Software Engineering, DevOps or Platform, and Product.
- Technical fluency with technologies like Kubernetes, Go, and Terraform.
- Proven track record of closing hard-to-find engineering talent.
- Based in Germany.
- Ability to work across European and US time zones.
- Strong experience with data and analytics to track pipeline health.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building new hiring processes.
- High EQ and strong active listening skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the end to end hiring process for Engineering, Product, and Technical roles globally.
- Serve as our first EMEA based technical recruiter and build the practices needed to hire engineering talent across the region.
- Proactively source and engage passive talent from the open source, Kubernetes, and developer tool communities.
- Champion our structured interview process to reduce bias and maintain data integrity within our ATS, Ashby.
- Drive an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring transparent and fast communication.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical requirements and ideal talent profiles.
