- Proficiency with CRM software, Slack, and Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to work independently from a professional home office.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and consultative listening skills.
- Experience managing schedules and meeting performance measures.
Responsibilities
- Conduct one to three scheduled video calls per day with prospective clients.
- Evaluate prospective clients against an established structure to assess alignment.
- Communicate the commercial value and ROI of recruitment services.
- Transfer qualified opportunities to the recruitment team with detailed notes on hiring priorities.
- Maintain clear documentation in the CRM and Slack for every interaction.
- Collaborate with administration to ensure project timelines and expectations are recorded.
- Review pipeline performance and propose adjustments to improve lead conversion.
