Requirements
- 2+ years of professional WordPress development experience.
- Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with page builders: Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, or Gutenberg.
- Knowledge of hosting environments: WP Engine, SiteGround, Kinsta, or cPanel.
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Proficiency in technical SEO and website speed optimization.
- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Preferred: WooCommerce development experience.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Git and staging/deployment environments.
Responsibilities
- Build and customize WordPress websites using Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, or Gutenberg.
- Develop and maintain custom themes, child themes, and responsive marketing pages.
- Convert Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch designs into responsive WordPress pages.
- Manage plugins including WooCommerce, Yoast SEO, Contact Form 7, and Advanced Custom Fields.
- Optimize website speed, Core Web Vitals, and perform technical SEO.
- Monitor website security, updates, backups, and perform troubleshooting.
- Integrate third-party APIs, CRMs, and analytics tools.
