Job Details

- 2+ years’ experience working in sales, business development, or account management; or 4+ years of relevant experience if without a bachelor's degree.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Experience in behavioral health or eating disorder outreach is preferred.
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Must possess a current, valid driver's license.
- Must have reliable transportation for 70-90% travel requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, communications, psychology, or social work.
- 4+ years of relevant experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
- Clinical background is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute quarterly and annual business development plans for the assigned territory.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with key decision-makers to address barriers to treatment and create community partnerships.
- Identify and develop new referral channels to increase program reach and awareness.
- Manage the referral process from the initial call through the admission process to ensure coordination of care.
- Plan and execute presentations, tours, conferences, and networking events on behalf of the company.
- Analyze territory data to implement strategies for winning back and retaining business.
