Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Experience in behavioral health or eating disorder outreach is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, particularly in marketing, communications, psychology, or social work.
- High school diploma required if no bachelor's degree is held, plus 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Clinical background is preferred but not required.
- Must possess a current, valid US driver’s license.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must maintain permanent residence in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Ability to travel 70-90% of the time within assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a written quarterly and annual business development plan within the designated territory.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with key decision-makers to address needs and barriers to treatment.
- Develop new and emerging referral channels to increase awareness of services.
- Plan and attend conferences and networking events on behalf of the program.
- Perform presentations and facility tours customized to the target audience.
- Coordinate communication and support for referring professionals and families from inquiry through admission.
- Participate in quarterly field rides with the VP of Clinical Outreach.
