Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales or outreach experience, preferably in the veterinary industry.
- Must live within 45 minutes of a major airport.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational, prioritizing, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Familiarity with G Suite (Google Drive, Gmail, Calendars, Sheets).
- Ability to learn proprietary software and navigate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Independent thinker, self-starter, and collaborative team player.
- Commitment to company values of helping pet families.
Responsibilities
- Travel to veterinary conferences and clinics across the United States (75% travel required).
- Educate veterinary practices on the benefits of recommending Lap of Love in-home end-of-life care.
- Visit at least 3 Lap of Love markets per month to provide educational materials.
- Strengthen relationships with veterinary professionals through in-person and remote engagement.
- Represent Lap of Love at national conferences, booths, and speaking engagements.
- Report and track results from visits, events, and meetings to measure campaign effectiveness.
