Requirements
- Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in provider relations, healthcare operations, customer success, account management, practice support, or a related healthcare environment.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for active providers following onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with providers and clinic staff.
- Conduct regular outreach and relationship check-ins to promote provider engagement and satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to provider questions, concerns, and operational requests, owning issues through resolution.
- Coordinate with internal departments including Scheduling, Credentialing, and Compliance to resolve provider requests.
- Support providers with portal access, profile maintenance, and operational guidance.
- Identify opportunities to improve provider workflows and communication, partnering with internal stakeholders to enhance tools.
