Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on information security and GRC experience in B2B SaaS.
- Led 5+ successful ISO 27001 certification projects as an implementer or auditor.
- Hands-on experience with a GRC platform.
- Proficiency in cloud infrastructure readiness across AWS, Azure, and GCP, including posture analysis and remediation.
- Fluent in English (C1 or C2 level).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage ambiguous initiatives.
- Excellent written communication skills for creating clear, precise compliance content.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate as a senior individual contributor.
- Ability to work within +/- 2 hours of Germany (GMT+1) time zone.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the compliance roadmap inside the Secfix platform across different compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, TISAX, SOC 2, GDPR, NIS 2, DORA, and more).
- Implement ISO 27001 and adjacent frameworks end-to-end for customers.
- Mentor and upskill the compliance team, sharing expertise and driving consistency in audits and deliverables.
- Conduct internal audits for strategic customers and review audits performed by junior team members.
- Act as a compliance partner to Customer Success and Sales, providing support and joining customer calls.
- Own the quality of compliance content, including policies, evidence templates, and security awareness training.
- Partner with product and engineering to translate compliance gaps into product improvements.
- Train certification partners and auditors on the Secfix platform.
