Requirements
- Minimum of a college diploma/degree.
- 4-6 years of related experience.
- Proficiency in EDC systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, Oracle InForm).
- Experience with IRT, eTMF, and CTMS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel up to 40-60% based on project assignment.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
Responsibilities
- Independently conduct and document onsite and remote activities, including site monitoring, qualification, initiation, and close-out visits.
- Collaborate with site staff to ensure data reported in study systems is consistent with source documents and compliant with study requirements.
- Monitor, resolve, and facilitate the resolution of data queries and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Act as a primary contact for investigational sites, managing site integrity and fostering positive working relationships.
- Oversee site activation processes and provide guidance to meet clinical project timelines and milestones.
- Mentor CRA I and II staff, including performing assessment visits and providing feedback.
- Participate in audits, inspections, routine study progress meetings, and investigator meetings.
