Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
- 4-year university degree or Nursing degree.
- Experience in CNS or Neurology required.
- Psychiatric/Psychiatry experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English.
- Superior organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with little or no supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems.
- Must reside in the Southeast or Midwest United States.
- Willingness to travel regionally.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential research sites for clinical study participation.
- Perform study start-up activities including regulatory document collection and contract/budget negotiation.
- Train site staff on proper data collection and safety event reporting procedures.
- Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs).
- Manage site activities throughout study maintenance and ensure compliance.
- Execute study close-out activities upon conclusion of the research.
