Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
- 4-year university degree OR Nursing Degree.
- Experience in CNS or Psychiatry therapeutic areas.
- Must reside on the West Coast.
- Willingness to travel regionally.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English.
- Superior organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage research activities at sites participating in clinical research projects.
- Identify potential sites for participation in research efforts.
- Perform study start-up activities including collection of regulatory documents and contract and budget negotiation.
- Train sites on data collection and safety reporting protocols.
- Manage site activities during study maintenance and closeout phases.
- Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs).
- Ensure site compliance with informed consent and safety reporting requirements.
