Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Forestry Engineering, Agronomy, Environmental Management, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience as an IT Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Professional experience applying GIS solutions within the forestry industry or related business environments.
- Experience working with Esri platforms, particularly ArcGIS.
- Knowledge of Oracle databases and PL/SQL.
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience using artificial intelligence tools applied to professional activities.
- Advanced English or Spanish proficiency.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to make structured decisions.
Responsibilities
- Provide level 1 and level 2 support to customers, troubleshooting incidents, offering solutions, and ensuring effective system usage.
- Conduct business and system consulting activities, including workshops, trainings, integrated and unit testing, assisted operations, feasibility studies, and demand analysis.
- Support customer implementation projects by facilitating process design workshops, identifying gaps, and helping define improvement opportunities.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, technical specifications, business process documents, and test scenarios.
- Act as a bridge between customers and development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout solution delivery.
- Identify opportunities for product improvements and recommend enhancements that increase value for customers and business operations.
