Requirements
- Proven experience in IT financial management, technology administration, controlling, or related areas.
- Strong understanding of OPEX and CAPEX processes.
- Familiarity with FinOps concepts involving cloud costs and SaaS licensing.
- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Totvs, or similar platforms.
- Experience creating analytical reports, dashboards, and presentations using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to organize priorities, monitor processes, and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
- Degree or technical background related to technology, finance, administration, accounting, or similar fields is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze IT costs through a FinOps perspective, including cloud infrastructure expenses and SaaS services.
- Consolidate financial data and prepare periodic reports covering IT operational expenses (OPEX) and technology projects.
- Track budget performance by comparing actual spending against forecasts.
- Manage IT contract information, including software, hardware, and service providers.
- Support financial and operational workflows within ERP systems, including purchase requests, service orders, invoice allocation, and reconciliation.
- Build and maintain dashboards and executive reports with IT cost and financial performance indicators.
- Collaborate with technology, finance, procurement, and accounting teams to improve transparency and governance.
