Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience working on engineering projects, IT transformation initiatives, or digitalization programs.
- Understanding of consulting methodologies, continuous improvement practices, and structured problem-solving approaches.
- Familiarity with automation, data analytics, BI, ETL, Python, and AI solutions.
- Ability to analyze technical reports and translate information into business improvement opportunities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and business stakeholders.
- Consulting experience is considered a plus.
- Knowledge of Energy & Utilities operations is a differentiator.
- Knowledge of networks, OT systems, operational infrastructure, telecommunications, or control room environments is a plus.
- Advanced English and/or Spanish skills are considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support the transformation of client operations by structuring business challenges and defining solutions with project leaders and multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in consulting projects focused on problem-solving, process improvement, digital transformation, and operational efficiency.
- Engage directly with clients, including data gathering, workshops, and coordination of improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address business challenges across different industries.
- Map requirements for automation and software solutions, supporting technology teams in delivering effective solutions.
- Develop digital and analytical solutions using technologies such as BI, ETL, Python, and Artificial Intelligence.
- Conduct structured interviews with technical teams, analyze information, prepare reports, and present findings to clients.
- Interpret technical documentation related to engineering, construction, maintenance, reliability, and regulatory topics.
- Evaluate opportunities to improve projects, services, systems, processes, and business structures.
- Facilitate discussions between stakeholders, balancing technical, business, and management perspectives.
