Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, web management, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience managing websites using CMS platforms (Umbraco experience is a plus).
- Understanding of user experience (UX) principles, website optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals including technical, on-page, and off-page practices.
- Familiarity with digital tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Optimize.
- Experience with SEMrush or similar SEO tools.
- Experience with heatmapping tools such as Hotjar.
- Experience with reporting platforms like Looker Studio.
- Strong data literacy and numeracy skills for analyzing performance metrics.
- Ability to create structured reports and translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and maintain website pages through CMS platforms following UX and SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with web, marketing, and content teams to deliver digital experiences and support lead generation.
- Analyze website performance, SEO metrics, and user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities.
- Implement technical, on-page, and off-page SEO initiatives.
- Prepare SEO briefs and collaborate with content teams to improve organic visibility.
- Support campaign landing page creation for marketing and paid media initiatives.
- Implement A/B tests, pop-ups, and conversion rate optimization initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs including traffic, keyword rankings, impressions, clicks, and conversion rates.
- Use digital analytics and optimization tools to provide actionable insights and performance reports.
