Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 8–12+ years of experience in partner development, strategic alliances, business development, or ecosystem management within healthcare IT, SaaS, enterprise software, or related technology industries.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems that generate measurable revenue impact.
  • Experience managing both channel partnerships (resellers, referral partners) and technology partnerships (integrations, OEM, ISV).
  • Experience working with communication infrastructure, unified communications, contact center platforms, CTI solutions, or related enterprise technology vendors.
  • Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and executive teams.
  • Experience building sales trust and enabling effective co-selling strategies.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a high-visibility executive environment with ownership of strategic initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, optimization, and growth of a strategic partner ecosystem by evaluating existing relationships, identifying opportunities, and establishing clear partnership models.
  • Audit and rationalize the current partner portfolio by assessing performance, engagement, and long-term potential.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, technology partners, and strategic alliances.
  • Design and implement partner programs, including referral models, co-marketing initiatives, and incentive structures.
  • Develop joint go-to-market strategies with partners to generate pipeline and revenue.
  • Act as a cross-functional leader between partners and internal teams to execute integration projects and product commitments.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to evaluate technology partnerships and integration opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with communication infrastructure and platform partners, ensuring compatibility and alignment.
  • Partner with sales leadership to increase adoption of partner-driven opportunities and improve co-selling effectiveness.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on ecosystem performance, partner health, and market insights.
