Requirements
- Solid experience working as a Product Manager for digital products.
- Previous experience in the hosting industry (considered a strong advantage).
- Strong results-oriented mindset with experience measuring and optimizing product impact.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
- Strong analytical skills, including collecting and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data.
- Ability to translate customer needs and business objectives into clear product strategies.
- Strong ownership and problem-solving abilities in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and business opportunities in collaboration with Design, Engineering, and Business teams.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer profiles, behaviors, and pain points through qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
- Define and prioritize product roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives.
- Create user stories, manage backlog priorities, and establish clear acceptance criteria.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Monitor product performance metrics and analyze results to ensure expected business outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops, ideation sessions, customer journey mapping, and solution prototyping.
