Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, clinical research, CRO, or related industries.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in RFI management, content management, proposal operations, or similar functions.
- Proven experience leading teams and developing high-performing professionals.
- Experience recruiting, onboarding, and coaching staff.
- Hands-on experience with proposal and content management platforms such as Qvidian or Responsive.
- Strong understanding of content libraries, knowledge management practices, and governance frameworks.
- Advanced knowledge of medical, pharmaceutical, and business development terminology.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate across teams.
- Ability to work remotely from India.
Responsibilities
- Lead the RFI and content management function, ensuring accurate, strategic, and high-quality responses.
- Manage content libraries, governance processes, and platforms to improve accessibility and accuracy.
- Oversee proposal management tools and enhance workflows and systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prepare RFIs, proposals, and business development materials.
- Drive process improvements to increase delivery speed and team effectiveness.
- Build partnerships with subject matter experts to improve knowledge sharing.
- Lead transformation initiatives and strategic projects.
- Manage, mentor, and coach team members while supporting recruitment and career growth.
