Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, technical go-to-market, or related roles within AI, enterprise software, infrastructure, or complex technology sectors.
- Proven experience developing positioning, messaging, and enablement strategies that directly support enterprise sales cycles.
- Strong ability to define target markets, customer segments, buyer personas, and industry-specific strategies.
- Demonstrated success marketing rapidly evolving technical platforms where products and capabilities continuously develop.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical experts, executives, and customers.
- Experience translating complex technology concepts into clear, compelling narratives and business value propositions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes involving multiple stakeholders and extended decision cycles.
- Ability to use AI tools to accelerate marketing research, content creation, and strategic development.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to manage priorities independently in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve product positioning, messaging frameworks, and market narratives across priority industries including national security, aerospace, manufacturing, and energy.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align product strategy with customer needs and market opportunities.
- Develop ideal customer profiles (ICPs), buyer personas, and industry-specific messaging that supports effective market engagement.
- Create differentiated solution narratives focused on measurable outcomes, operational impact, and customer value.
- Build reusable sales enablement assets, including competitive briefs, messaging guides, talk tracks, and objection-handling materials.
- Own product launch strategies, ensuring teams are equipped with positioning, communication plans, and customer-facing resources.
- Develop compelling demo narratives and storytelling frameworks that connect product capabilities to business and mission outcomes.
- Establish competitive intelligence processes by analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and win/loss insights.
- Translate complex technical architectures, deployment models, and product roadmaps into accessible narratives for technical and executive audiences.
