Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or technical GTM roles within AI, enterprise software, infrastructure, or complex systems.
- Proven experience marketing rapidly evolving technical platforms.
- Demonstrated success building positioning and enablement that supports enterprise deal cycles.
- Strong ability to define ICPs and buyer personas, translating them into targeted messaging and field-ready assets.
- Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate research and development while maintaining rigor and accuracy.
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and presentation skills suitable for both technical and executive audiences.
- High ownership mindset and comfort operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
- Experience marketing into regulated and mission-critical industries like national security, aerospace, or energy is preferred.
- Familiarity with hybrid, on-prem, and edge deployment environments is preferred.
- Experience enabling sales in complex, multi-stakeholder buying environments with long decision cycles is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve Legion’s product positioning across priority industries including national security, aerospace, manufacturing, and energy.
- Partner with GTM and Product teams to shape and refine ideal customer profiles and buyer personas.
- Develop messaging frameworks grounded in measurable outcomes, deployment realities, and operational impact.
- Translate platform capabilities into industry-specific use cases and build durable solution packaging for sales.
- Own the messaging and enablement strategy for product releases, including competitive briefs and objection handling.
- Translate complex system architecture and technical roadmaps into narratives for both technical and executive audiences.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to turn deployment outcomes into proof points and sharper market positioning.
