Requirements
- Experience with the end-to-end sales pipeline (top-of-funnel, upselling, channel sales, customer success, and forecasting).
- Ability to communicate effectively with developers and quantitative traders.
- Strong understanding of quantitative trading and market microstructure.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to automate processes in HubSpot.
- Professional communication skills suitable for an institutional financial product.
- Proven ability to manage the sales cycle using a consultative, non-pushy approach.
- Comfort working in a startup environment with limited resources.
- Active GitHub usage (bonus).
- Technical knowledge of C++, Python, and/or Rust to assist with client inquiries (bonus).
Responsibilities
- Own the technical sales process from initial inquiry to resolving customer data issues.
- Develop common market data examples and use cases using Python, C++, and/or Rust.
- Collect customer feedback, testimonials, and case studies.
- Manage forecasting and record-keeping by keeping the CRM updated and organized.
- Build a network of executive relationships with industry partners and customers.
- Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate across internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
