Requirements
- 15 years of experience as a leader of technology in the hosting and cloud space.
- 7+ years of relevant leadership experience in enterprise IT, consulting, engineering, development, or transformation and migrations.
- Experience planning and leading large-scale enterprise IT change management programs.
- Experience designing, building, and operating global IT infrastructure and cloud solutions.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise IT professional services and cloud migrations.
- Strong ability to build credibility with C-suite, board-level audiences, and technology leaders.
- Ability to lead and influence across a cross-functional set of senior stakeholders.
- Advanced presentation skills and exceptional communication capabilities.
- Experience working with AWS or Azure public cloud platforms and hybrid solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an independent, self-directed manner.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Program Portfolio Managers.
- Engage with C-level and client Transformation executives to lead enterprise-wide transformation and migration programs.
- Develop board-ready proposals and value-driven business cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technology experts to define architectural planning and roadmaps.
- Manage transitions of responsibility, including colocation and public cloud migrations.
- Lead large-scale migration projects through assessment, planning, and execution stages.
- Facilitate discovery, assessment, and solution development workshops.
- Report on budget attainment for all program expenses and cost savings.
