Requirements
- 15 years of experience as a leader of technology in the hosting and cloud space.
- 7+ years of leadership experience in enterprise IT, consulting, or engineering transformation.
- Experience planning and leading large-scale enterprise IT change management programs.
- Experience designing, building, and operating global IT infrastructure and cloud services.
- Demonstrated program leadership and management experience in complex IT transformation environments.
- Strong business acumen to shape and articulate transformation initiatives.
- Credibility with C-suite, board-level audiences, and technical leadership.
- Advanced presentation skills and exceptional interpersonal communication.
- Ability to work effectively through influence across cross-functional stakeholder groups.
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Program Portfolio Managers and perform associated people management duties.
- Engage with C-level and client transformation executives to lead enterprise-wide transformation and migration programs.
- Identify business drivers and develop value-driven business cases for board-ready proposals.
- Collaborate with technology experts to drive architectural planning, execution plans, and roadmaps.
- Manage transitions of responsibility for complex scenarios such as colocation or public cloud migrations.
- Lead large-scale migration projects through assessment, planning, and execution stages.
- Develop and conduct discovery, assessment, and solution development workshops.
- Report on budget attainment, expense management, and cost savings for key programs.
