Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in account management, campaign management, project management, or client services.
- Background within an agency, influencer marketing, or digital marketing environment.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts and complex, cross-functional marketing campaigns simultaneously.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience leading client presentations.
- Experience coordinating work across strategy, creative, media, analytics, and production teams.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing workflows, including creator sourcing, contracting, and content approvals.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
Responsibilities
- Lead the operational delivery of multiple influencer marketing programs from RFP through campaign wrap-up.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, providing strategic recommendations and managing ongoing requests.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration by partnering with Strategy, Creator Operations, Media, Analytics, and Engagement teams.
- Develop project timelines, manage campaign workstreams, and ensure accurate campaign documentation.
- Lead the development of campaign recap presentations to tell a compelling performance story.
- Mentor and coach Associate Account Managers to support team development and best practices.
