Requirements

5-7+ years of progressive project management experience in an agency (creative, PR, or digital marketing).
Proven track record of working alongside developers, technical leads, and creative engineers.
Strong proficiency in Monday.com architecture (custom forms, automation recipes, dashboard building).
Experience customizing and scaling project management platforms and intake workflows.
Broad operational understanding of social media pipelines and AI/Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
Passion for implementing AI tools and platform integrations (e.g., Zapier, Make).
Exceptional communication, active listening, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to understand technical scope and translate it for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Partner with Project Management Lead to customize Monday.com workflows, boards, and automations.
Maintain intake forms and standard operating procedures for AI/GEO and Social CoE requests.
Act as the operational buffer to redirect ad-hoc requests into formal queues.
Allocate work based on live capacity to protect developers and strategists from overload.
Track projects from briefing through delivery and facilitate status huddles.
Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline PM workflows.
Educate account teams on proper briefing and collaboration processes.
