- Exceptional proficiency in Asana, including running sprint plans.
- Proven track record of aligning agencies and contractors with internal stakeholders.
- Strong instinct for spotting risks early and facilitating project negotiations.
- Decisive and adaptive to changing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage timelines, sprint plans, and creative delivery schedules using Asana.
- Establish project expectations with stakeholders and drive communications throughout development.
- Actively track projects from briefing to production and final delivery.
- Identify potential problems early and proactively facilitate negotiations regarding scope and resourcing.
- Create organized structures for reviews and approvals.
- Align agencies and contractors with internal stakeholders.
- Manage content libraries to ensure content is current.
- Serve as team brand steward to ensure consistent use of brand guidelines.
