Responsibilities
- Support onboarding, transfers, and terminations and associated system access processes.
- Document current processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Participate in internal practice community meetings and collaborate on industry thought leadership.
- Contribute to the Digital Transformation practice and complete client case studies or learning materials.
- Perform additional sales operations tasks as assigned.
