Requirements
- 5+ years' experience delivering end-to-end technology recruitment across Product and Software Engineering functions
- Experience recruiting within high-growth technology, SaaS, cloud, developer tooling or software organisations
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence hiring decisions at all levels
- Excellent sourcing capability across both active and passive technical talent markets
- A proven track record of hiring Software Engineers, Engineering Managers, Product Managers and other technical specialists
- Strong commercial awareness with a data-driven approach to recruitment and continuous improvement
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, globally distributed and remote-first environment
- A collaborative mindset with a genuine passion for building world-class technology teams
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment across Product, Software Engineering and technical leadership roles
- Partner closely with Engineering Managers, Product Leaders and senior stakeholders to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes
- Build proactive talent pipelines across the UK and wider EMEA technology market
- Source exceptional Product and Engineering talent using creative and strategic sourcing techniques
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first conversation through to offer
- Use recruitment data and market insights to support informed hiring decisions and improve recruitment outcomes
- Continuously refine recruitment processes to ensure a scalable, efficient and inclusive hiring experience
- Support workforce planning and long term hiring strategies aligned to ambitious product growth
