Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end hiring across multiple business areas, from briefing and talent mapping through to offer and close.
- Manage recruitment data to help managers make better hiring decisions.
- Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers.
- Source top talent through creative and strategic methods.
- Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience.
- Drive continuous improvement in hiring processes.
- Develop recruitment strategies to support hiring goals over a 12-month period.
