Requirements
- In-depth understanding of the SME lending market, specifically non-tangibly secured cashflow lending.
- Established network of new business introducers active in the SME financing market.
- Proven experience successfully originating, structuring, and managing cashflow facilities.
- Proficiency in interpreting detailed financial information including balance sheets and cash forecasts.
- Ability to assess funding requirements and model sensitivities to financial forecasts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building internal and external relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to innovation and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and delivery of a cashflow funding product for the SME market.
- Originate, structure, and execute new cashflow funding facilities.
- Promote product awareness within regional professional services communities.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities aligned with risk appetite.
- Analyze financial information and prepare proposals for Underwriting.
- Negotiate and agree on terms with target businesses.
- Oversee facility documentation and ensure efficient transaction closing.
- Maintain high-quality relationships and ongoing risk management for a client portfolio.
