Requirements
- PhD or PsyD in psychology, LICSW, or LMHC with a Masters degree from an accredited program.
- Active, appropriate clinical provider licensure.
- Advanced clinical background in treating children, adolescents, and young adults with anxiety, OCD, and comorbidities.
- Proven experience and training in evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ERP, ACT, and DBT.
- Experience creating engaging clinical materials tailored by age for children, teens, and young adults.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex clinical concepts into clear content and protocols.
- Curiosity about AI and willingness to adopt new tools to improve clinical care.
- Ability to partner with technical teams to shape and adopt AI-enabled clinical tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a high-growth environment.
- Strategic prioritization skills and independent judgment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve therapy content, training, and clinical protocols.
- Integrate AI tools into clinical workflows while partnering with Tech Product teams to shape tools and feedback loops.
- Produce evidence-based clinical content for external audiences such as blogs, webinars, and website materials.
- Support expansion into new age bands, payer types, and conditions by preparing clinical resources and protocols.
- Equip the care team to treat complex, high-acuity cases through ongoing training and clinical guidance.
- Provide direct patient care by facilitating 1–2 patient or caregiver groups and performing clinical evaluations.
