- Proven success recruiting technical, engineering, manufacturing, or specialized automotive talent.
- Experience sourcing passive candidates in niche talent markets.
- Proficiency with ATS, CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools such as hireEZ.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical, engineering, manufacturing, business, and professional positions.
- Manage candidate screenings, interview coordination, offer support, and onboarding activities.
- Source and engage passive candidates in niche motorsports, performance automotive, and high-performance engineering markets.
- Build pipelines of specialized talent including engineers, technicians, and leadership candidates.
- Partner directly with hiring managers to define talent needs and provide market intelligence.
- Maintain accurate data in ATS and CRM platforms.
