- Exposure to recruiting critical Accounting leadership roles
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives
- Deep understanding of executive search methodology and leadership team dynamics
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to consistently identify candidates who exceed expectations
- Resourceful and scrappy; eager to roll up sleeves
- Experience with or deep respect for the trades
Responsibilities
- Drive executive searches end-to-end from role definition to offer negotiation.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand leadership needs and business context.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to build and nurture relationships with hard-to-access talent pools.
- Maintain an active network of potential candidates and industry leaders.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and candidates while managing complex stakeholder dynamics.
- Build processes and implement recruiting systems and best practices.
