Requirements
- 2+ years of Product Management experience in the localization industry.
- Hands-on experience in the localization/language services industry, at a Language Service Provider (LSP), or at a localization/translation-technology platform.
- Preferred experience owning interfaces/editors, such as a CAT tool, editor, or review UI.
- Proven UX skills and a commitment to continuous discovery.
- Strong ability to empathize with user needs.
- Structured approach to problem-solving and balancing trade-offs.
- Proficiency in interpreting data and trends to drive decisions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and dependency management skills.
- Natural team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional team in the Editing Experience area, including Engineering, Design, and Data.
- Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the editing experience ecosystem.
- Deliver high-impact products and features to simplify workflows and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Employ a customer-centric approach using user feedback and market insights.
- Define key business goals, KPIs, and success metrics to track performance.
- Mentor and support other Product Managers.
- Operate effectively within an agile environment managing the product lifecycle.
