Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical discipline.
- At least 5 years of proven software product management experience.
- Ability to lead products end-to-end from discovery and zero-to-one development through launch and scale.
- Knowledge of AI product development processes and best practices.
- Experience designing and launching AI-powered product features that improve engagement and efficiency.
- Experience building intelligent workflows by connecting systems and automation tools.
- Proficiency in SQL or spreadsheets for data analysis.
- Ability to build wireframes and mockups.
- Experience with agile development methodologies in globally distributed teams.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead an agile team including backlog grooming, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination.
- Translate AI platform capabilities into customer-facing and internal product experiences.
- Define the scope of new product features and ongoing improvements.
- Write and prioritize user stories and define acceptance criteria.
- Analyze data, metrics, and user research to inform product direction and validate AI solutions.
- Track delivery progress, assess risks, and communicate contingency plans.
- Identify and solve complex product challenges aligned with strategic initiatives.
