Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in a scaling SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- Proven experience leading ambiguous, zero-to-one product initiatives.
- Strong systems thinking capabilities across workflows, integrations, constraints, and execution layers.
- Comfortable working with LLMs, agent frameworks, RAG, evaluation frameworks, or ML systems.
- Experience collaborating with data and analytics teams, specifically with ML-driven initiatives.
- Strong commercial instincts with the ability to balance customer value and platform leverage.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to write and test prompt logic for customer-specific use cases.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents by collaborating with strategic clients.
- Serve as a strategic advisor across Kraken teams to align AI roadmaps and business challenges.
- Run iterative development feedback loops with engineering to ensure product evolution meets user needs.
- Write and test prompt logic for specific customer use cases to ensure reliable performance.
- Represent Kraken externally with clients and prospects to ensure successful deployments.
- Manage strategic technology partners and vendors to ensure deep technical and roadmap alignment.
