Requirements
- Proven track record in Data or Business Analysis, ideally within a tech or SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and Google Sheets.
- Experience with BI and visualization platforms (e.g., Omni, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Experience in finance, pricing, margin analysis, or payments is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to break down complex commercial models and provide high-impact recommendations.
- Strong communication skills for presenting insights and building cross-functional relationships.
- Creative problem-solving skills with an inventive approach to ambiguous data challenges.
- High attention to detail and precision in calculations.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate pricing initiatives and commercial strategies by modeling scenarios to measure business impact.
- Analyze key drivers of customer profitability, margins, and cost of sales to identify efficiency and growth opportunities.
- Perform in-depth analytical work to uncover trends and translate complex datasets into practical recommendations.
- Partner with Data Engineering to define requirements and ensure efficient data models for reporting.
- Build, maintain, and enhance BI dashboards and visualizations to ensure visibility of critical metrics.
- Collaborate with Finance, Product, Go-To-Market, and Operations stakeholders to translate insights into action.
- Advocate for data-informed decision-making and refine analytical processes across the business.
