Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud engineering, or related functions.
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in an infrastructure or cloud operations environment.
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure (compute, storage, networking, identity, and security).
- Experience administering Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Intune.
- Understanding of networking, virtualization, cybersecurity, firewalls, and SD-WAN.
- Project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience working with managed service providers (MSPs) and technology partners.
- Law firm or professional services experience is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Ubiquiti networking solutions is preferred.
- Microsoft certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, MS-102, or SC-300) are preferred.
- ITIL Foundation certification or ITSM experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop cloud and infrastructure team members.
- Own the strategy, architecture, and day-to-day operations of the firm's Microsoft Azure environment.
- Direct the administration, security, and governance of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Exchange.
- Ensure high availability, business continuity, disaster recovery, and backup strategies.
- Oversee network infrastructure operations including Ubiquiti equipment, Palo Alto firewalls, and Versa SD-WAN.
- Manage vendor partnerships, contracts, licensing, and technology investments.
- Partner with leadership to develop budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization strategies.
- Lead cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and enterprise deployment projects.
