Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in systems administration, cloud engineering, or infrastructure engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, Exchange, and Active Directory.
- Proficiency in managing Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or ARM templates.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and SD-WAN.
- Proficiency with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Azure CLI, Python, or Bash.
- Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability architecture planning.
- Experience supporting enterprise networking infrastructure and working with managed service providers (MSPs).
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and support the firm's Microsoft ecosystem, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Exchange, user provisioning, licensing, and tenant management.
- Design, deploy, and manage secure and scalable Microsoft Azure environments including networking and storage.
- Develop and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform or ARM templates.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and capacity using observability tools like Azure Monitor.
- Manage identity and access services through Microsoft Entra ID, conditional access, and multi-factor authentication.
- Partner with cybersecurity teams to strengthen infrastructure security and remediate vulnerabilities.
- Provide advanced Tier 2/3 support for complex infrastructure issues and act as liaison with managed service providers.
