Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agribusiness, Crop and Soil Sciences, Environmental Science, or Agricultural Engineering.
- Sales experience or the ability to support Sales Enablement and contribute to new marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Deep familiarity with Precision Ag data layers including yield maps, soil samples, and VRT.
- Experience with FMIS and the integration of data layers into SaaS platforms.
- Technical aptitude and experience in SaaS support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Preferred: Proficiency in GIS, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Preferred: Working knowledge of Carbon Accounting, Nature-Based Solutions, and environmental assets.
- Preferred: Prior sales and account management experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide analytics, resources, and technical support to drive successful client enablement and project execution.
- Aid in establishing timelines and execution strategy for the annual deliverable cycle, including enrollment goals and data collection.
- Act as a feedback loop between partner clients and the company, relaying feature requests and technology improvements to internal stakeholders.
- Provide training and ongoing support for new and existing partners.
- Ensure clients provide valuable, actionable feedback to drive quality product development.
- Utilize data analysis and internal reporting to track pacing across active projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, tracking bug fixes and technical resolutions.
- Lead and execute strategic initiatives and special projects, such as pilot programs for emerging environmental assets.
