- 3+ years as an Associate Partner or equivalent senior leadership role at a top-tier strategy consultancy (McKinsey, BCG, or Bain).
- Proven experience operating inside a fast-growing company with direct P&L or budget accountability.
- Track record in building or scaling company-wide operating systems and management cadences.
- Expertise in OKR, KPI, and health-indicator frameworks.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting cycles and forecasting for professional-services business models.
- Background leading distributed, cross-border, or remote teams.
- Knowledge of AI consulting and enterprise AI adoption market trends.
- Ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management and executive coaching.
Responsibilities
- Manage regular executive team meetings and hold C-level executives accountable for quarterly OKR execution.
- Monitor company performance via KPIs, OKRs, and Health Indicators, providing monthly recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee the company's Work AI OS, ensuring adoption and reliability across all teams.
- Drive financial planning, including P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, and risk analysis.
- Collaborate with the CEO on company strategy, execution, and critical business decisions.
- Maintain high hiring standards and ensure resource allocation aligns with company priorities.
- Manage and support external industry partnerships.
