Requirements
- 3–7+ years of operations leadership experience in small to mid-sized agency environments
- Proven track record of designing SOPs, scaling systems, and driving organizational accountability
- High fluency with AI tools, workflow automation platforms (e.g. Make, Zapier), and modern tech stacks
- Experience managing leaders and Account Managers rather than direct execution staff
- Strong financial oversight skills (margins, budgeting, capacity planning, cost management)
- Exceptional executive communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities
- Decisive leadership style with the confidence to run the company operations autonomously
Responsibilities
- Design and oversee scalable operational systems and agency-wide SOPs
- Implement AI tools and custom workflow automations to eliminate manual overhead
- Lead, manage, and hold Account Managers accountable for client health and team delivery
- Oversee operational finances, resource allocation, software costs, and delivery margins
- Serve as the final escalation buffer for high-level risks before they reach founders
- Optimize end-to-end workflows from client onboarding through to ongoing retention
- Lead strategic operational reviews and high-level leadership alignment meetings
- Forecast capacity needs and plan recruitment strategy alongside company growth
