- Proficiency in Salesforce.
- Familiarity with Rippling.
- Ability to work full-time Eastern Time (EST) hours.
- Reliable, distraction-free remote work setup.
- Professional communication skills for collections, billing concerns, and executive collaboration.
- Ability to handle confidential financial data with integrity and discretion.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Execute accurate bank and account reconciliations.
- Navigate client invoicing through Sage Intacct, Salesforce, and other billing portals.
- Prepare working papers and audit support documentation for clean, GAAP-compliant month-end closes.
- Maintain vendor integrity and W9 compliance.
- Refine accounting SOPs to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
