Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Logistics, Project Management, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 10 years of Supply Chain or Project Management experience.
  • Life Sciences industry experience with commercial products.
  • Demonstrated experience with Change and Variation Management processes in a regulated environment.
  • Experience working across multiple markets/jurisdictions (EU, LACAN, MENA & APAC).
  • Experience supporting product launches and Life Cycle Management activities.
  • Strong understanding of GMP/GDP requirements and pharmaceutical industry quality practices.
  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Regulatory Information Management Systems.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet or MS Project.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate, assess, and manage change controls related to commercialization activities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional impact assessments with Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Packaging departments.
  • Support the creation and improvement of product Variation Management processes.
  • Coordinate post-approval variations related to product changes and ensure alignment with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain variation trackers and ensure traceability across manufacturing and artwork updates.
  • Develop and maintain commercial supply chain project plans, timelines, and risk logs.
  • Facilitate cross-functional project meetings and drive actions to closure.
