Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in IT project management.
- 3+ years of experience leading MES or manufacturing system implementations.
- Strong command of planning, risk management, governance, and change management.
- Familiarity with both agile (sprints, backlogs, velocity) and waterfall (plans, milestones) methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage 3 to 4 projects concurrently.
- Proficiency in project management and DevOps tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure DevOps).
- Skilled in facilitating workshops and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to travel to client sites for kick-offs and workshops.
Responsibilities
- Conduct project kick-off calls with internal and client teams.
- Prepare and align on detailed project plan and milestones.
- Manage Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, and Decisions (RAIDD) and change requests.
- Oversee sprint planning, backlog progress, and sprint reviews.
- Track deliverables against scope, schedule, and quality metrics.
- Develop and oversee cutover plans, environment readiness, and data migration.
- Coordinate go-live command center activities and manage the stabilization period.
