💡 Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle for open positions: conduct briefings with hiring managers, actively source candidates, conduct interviews, organize case presentations, present job offers, and support candidates until their start date.
Provide support to candidates at all stages of the interview process: answer questions about the position and selection process, provide feedback after each stage, and maintain motivation throughout the journey from the first contact to onboarding.
Assess candidates' competencies, skills, and motivation.
Establish effective communication with hiring managers.
Ensure the accuracy and relevance of the candidate database, other internal systems, and reporting on vacancies.
Gather trends and insights in the market and create various analytics on the candidate landscape.
