Requirements
- 4+ years of experience managing delivery in web or product companies with distributed teams.
- Proficiency in project management frameworks such as Agile, SCRUM, and Waterfall.
- Strong technical aptitude including understanding of web and mobile technology, development cycles, and APIs.
- Experience in discovery processes including user thinking, scoping, and defining acceptance criteria.
- Exceptional organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Practical experience using AI tools daily for automation and workflow efficiency.
- Fluent in both English and Russian, with strong written skills in both languages.
Responsibilities
- Manage B2B team delivery through sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives, and daily progress control.
- Oversee the release train by managing statuses, fix versions, merge SLAs, and release notes.
- Triage inbound feature requests, operational tasks, and data requests into well-formed tickets.
- Conduct discovery processes to refine raw requests into defined scope, value, and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain control systems using advanced Jira configurations and self-built AI-powered automations.
- Communicate technical capabilities and constraints to partners, organizers, and government bodies.
- Support RFP responses, including logistics and deadline management.
