Responsibilities
- Review sales contracts to ensure accurate product inclusion and ordering.
- Provide constructive feedback to the sales team regarding contract discrepancies or incorrect measurements.
- Conduct introductory calls with new customers to discuss orders and schedule installation dates.
- Assist in scheduling service and repair work while providing status updates to customers.
- Operate within ERP systems to process customer change orders.
- Monitor quality standards and customer reviews to ensure high satisfaction.
- Provide comprehensive customer support throughout the sales and installation lifecycle.
