Requirements
- Proven experience processing Australian residential mortgage loans from application through settlement.
- Hands-on experience using Connective.
- Hands-on experience using Nexus Mercury.
- Hands-on experience using Apply Online (AOL).
- Strong understanding of the Australian residential mortgage lending process.
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple loan files.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues and escalate blockers promptly.
Responsibilities
- Manage residential loan applications from handover through to settlement.
- Collect, review, organize, and upload client documentation accurately and on time.
- Prepare and submit loan applications using Apply Online (AOL).
- Monitor application progress and proactively follow up on outstanding lender conditions.
- Communicate with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in Nexus Mercury and Connective.
- Assist with SMSF loan processing and documentation.
- Support client re-engagement initiatives and refinance outreach campaigns.
